How the shop works
Work comes in the way it always has: someone describes a problem, and the shop works out what is actually wrong before anything is replaced. What was found gets explained, you decide what happens next, and the job is recorded against the unit so the history is there the next time.
That applies whether the job is a single repair, a planned maintenance visit, a parts question, or an ongoing arrangement for a fleet. The scale changes; the approach does not.
Who JH works with
Owner-operators with one truck and companies running a yard full of equipment both need the same thing from a shop: a straight assessment and work they did not have to chase. Tell our staff what you run and how you run it, and they will tell you what JH can take on.
Open around the clock
Equipment does not break down on a schedule, and the shop does not keep one either. JH is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 2720 Raffel Rd in Woodstock, Illinois. Call or email whenever a unit needs attention, and our staff will talk you through what happens next.
