Yard Spotter Rentals
A yard spotter is the difference between trailers moving and trailers waiting. If you need one — for a peak, for a gap while your own unit is down, or for a longer period — ask JH what is available and our staff will go through the terms with you.
Asking about availability
Availability changes, so it is confirmed by our staff rather than published here. Tell them the dates you need covered and what the unit will be doing, and they will tell you what can be arranged.
If your dates have some flexibility, say so. A rental that cannot be met on exact dates can often be met on nearby ones.
What the conversation covers
Rental terms — period, rates, delivery or collection, what is expected of you while the unit is on your site, and what happens if it needs attention — are all agreed with our staff before anything is confirmed. Nothing on this page constitutes a rental offer or reserves a unit.

No online reservations
There is no availability calendar and no reservation function on this website, and nothing here can hold a unit for you. A rental exists once JH staff have confirmed it with you directly.

Can I reserve a spotter on this website?
No. There is no booking or reservation function here. Call or email JH and our staff will confirm what is available.
What are the rental rates?
Rates and terms are discussed with our staff, because they depend on the period and the arrangement. Nothing is published on this page.
How far ahead should I ask?
As early as you can. Earlier notice gives our staff more room to meet the dates you actually need.
What if the unit needs attention during the rental?
That is covered in the terms agreed before the rental starts. Ask our staff how it is handled.
