Parts

Getting the right part is mostly a matter of identifying it properly, and that is easier as a conversation than as a search box. Tell our staff what the equipment is and what you are trying to replace, and they will work through it with you.

Buy online, or ask the counter

Parts listed in the online shop show their price and whether they are in stock, and can be bought for delivery or for pickup at the Woodstock shop. Stock is held for you while you pay.

Some items cannot be sold without a person checking first — freight-size parts, anything we have not verified, or parts that need the right application data. Those show “ask for a quote” instead of a buy button. Call or email and our staff will work through it with you.

Fitment, stated plainly

Each part tells you one of four things for the vehicle you describe: a verified match, does not match, more information needed, or chosen by specification. The shop never guesses a fit it has not verified.

What helps identify a part

A part number is the shortest route — the shop search accepts manufacturer and cross-reference numbers. Failing that, the make, model, and year of the unit plus a clear description of what the part does will usually get there.

  • The part number, if you have it.
  • Make, model, year, and unit number of the equipment.
  • Engine, transmission, or axle model from the data plate, where relevant.
  • Photographs of the component and any markings on it.

Common questions

  • Can I order parts on this website?

Yes, from the parts shop. Items that need checking before sale show “ask for a quote” instead of a buy button; for those, call or email our staff.

  • Does the shop show real stock?

Yes. Availability comes from the same stock records the counter uses, and items are held for you while you pay.

  • I do not have a part number. Can you still help?

Usually. The make, model, and year, a description of what the part does, and photographs of any markings are often enough for our staff to work from.

  • Can you fit the part as well as supply it?

Ask when you call. Mention that you would like the work done and our staff will discuss it with you.
